My clinical experience includes ten years in community-based agencies providing short-term in-home assessment and treatment to families with multiple challenges, including two years on a multidisciplinary assessment/intervention team that provided in-depth assessments on high-risk families referred by Child Protection Services. I operated a part-time counselling practice in Vancouver for three years for Employee Assistance Program clientele and provided educational seminars on separation and divorce topics through the Law Courts Education Society. Between 2002-17, I worked on a multidisciplinary mental health team in Victoria providing couples, family and individual treatment to military members.  Since 2017 I have worked full-time at a mental health clinic providing trauma-focused treatment to Veterans, as well serving and retired RCMP.
